Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor daily sales performance; analyze gaps and drive corrective action.
Set clear daily/weekly KPIs, journey plans, and coverage targets.
Conduct joint field visits to develop selling skills and strengthen customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with F&B managers, purchasing teams, and owners.
Resolve operational issues, handle complaints professionally, and identify upselling opportunities.
Onboard new customers in under-covered areas
Ensure perfect execution of pricing, trade promotions, and customized offers.
Deploy channel-specific activations and special packs as developed by Trade Marketing.
Track freshness, availability, and visibility of products in HORECA accounts.
Track and coordinate the renewal of customer contracts in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure continuity of service and compliance.
Regularly track and manage customer outstanding balances and credit exposure, escalating issues as needed to mitigate risk and maintain alignment with established credit policies.
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to proactively resolve customer payment issues
and ensure smooth account management.
Follow up with receiving representatives at customer locations to facilitate a smooth and efficient
delivery process.
Collect and share market insights on competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
Prepare and submit daily,weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Recommend practical improvements to the Special Markets Sales Manager.
Align daily with the Special Markets Sales Manager on priorities and targets.
Coordinate with Trade Marketing for activation tools, POS materials, and special campaigns.
Liaise with Supply Chain for product availability and delivery schedules.
