Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire customers in Egypt (individuals and businesses).

  • Understand customer needs (model, year, specs, budget, mileage, color, etc.) and document requirements clearly.
  • Advise customers and propose suitable car options based on their preferences and budget.
  • Search for suitable cars in Germany using platforms, dealer networks, and available channels.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team and provide full car details (specs, price, photos, inspection/report if available).
  • Communicate with German car dealers and negotiate prices and terms to secure the best offer.
  • Prepare professional quotations and follow up with customers until deal closure.
  • Track all leads, customer communications, and deals using CRM / tracking sheets.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and continuously grow the customer pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth process from customer request to sale in Egypt.

Desired Candidate Profile

German language proficiency: C1 level (mandatory) spoken and written.

  • Excellent German business writing skills (email etiquette, quotations, negotiations).
  • Proven experience in sales / business development / customer service (preferably automotive or import-related).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good knowledge of cars and market basics (specs, trims, price evaluation, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and customer handling.
  • High organization skills and ability to manage multiple customers/requests simultaneously.
