Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates are responsible for fulfilling the required teaching load at the programs of expertise, actively engaging in scholarly research, participating in the quality assurance related requirements of the program and supporting in administrative tasks in the related department as assigned, within the scope of the School of Engineering Technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven Teaching experience at well-known university/ educational institute.
• Active researchers with published research papers are preferred.
• Solid teaching experience in related specialisation. (Min 1 year for TAs)
• Familiar with innovative teaching techniques and integration of technology in education
• Proficiency in related programming languages and software tools (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
• PhD Degree holders are highly preferred and MSc. Holders considered in some programs (enrollment in Masters is preferred for TAs) in one of the following disciplines:
• Basic Engineering Sciences:
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
• Computer Engineering:
  • Software Engineering and Web Technologies
  • Cyber-security & Digital Forensics
  • Artificial Intelligence & Data Science
  • Network Infrastructure & Distributed Systems

• Electrical Engineering:

  • Computer Aided Design (CAD)
  • Energy
