Collaborate closely with team members to ensure all technical and functional project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines or ahead of schedule.
Develop and customize ERP solutions to align with predefined business processes and user requirements.
Support and execute data migration activities into ERP systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with the Business Solutions Manager and Architecture Manager to communicate project progress, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Integrate ERP applications with third-party systems and existing enterprise applications.
Work directly with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide support, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on issue priority and business impact.
Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
Ensure ERP solutions comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in ERP solutions development and support.
Hands-on experience with Oracle development tools and Oracle e-Business Suite applications.
Experience working with Oracle Database 10g/11g environments.
Strong experience in PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, packages, triggers, and performance optimization.
Experience with SQL Loader, external tables, and Oracle SQL operators.
Familiarity with shell scripting and ETL processes.
Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications.
