Responsibilities Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance plans. Monitor daily machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Ensure continuity of production operations and improve equipment efficiency. Follow up on maintenance faults and prepare technical reports. Recommend spare parts requirements and monitor consumption. Ensure maintenance documentation and technical records are updated accurately. Improve product quality and reduce reject rates through effective machine adjustments. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Familiarity with production machinery and industrial equipment. Knowledge of Auto CAD, Solid Works, or related software is a plus. Good communication and reporting skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts
