KAIROS Construction Technology is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead business development and sales growth across construction systems, scaffolding, formwork, steel fabrication, and industrial support solutions.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and expand contractor and consultant relationships• Identify and secure new project opportunities• Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategy• Manage sales pipeline and client follow-up• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams• Support business growth across Egypt and regional markets
Requirements:• Minimum 5–10 years experience in construction, scaffolding, formwork, steel, or industrial solutions• Strong contractor and procurement network• Excellent negotiation and communication skills• Engineering or technical background preferred• Strong Arabic and English communication
