Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Talent Management Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, oversee training and development programs, manage performance evaluation processes, and create succession planning strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. The Talent Management Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to foster a people-focused workplace and drive organizational success through effective talent initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Employee Engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture Experience in Training & Development, including planning and delivering impactful programs Proficiency in managing Performance Management systems and processes Expertise in Succession Planning and building talent pipelines Comprehensive knowledge of Talent Management strategies and best practices Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare or service industry is an asset
