Role Description This is a full-time on site position for a Call Center Specialist. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support client needs using effective communication strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and leveraging technology to deliver efficient and reliable service.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center operations Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities to interact professionally and effectively with clients Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including navigating modern customer service tools and systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required Grads only
