Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager specializing in Data Center solutions. Based in Giza, the position allows a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and driving revenue growth. They will collaborate closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and to promote the company's offerings effectively.
Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management, particularly in data center solutions or related industries Technical knowledge related to data center infrastructure , CRAC units, HVAC, and electromechanical systems Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies Competence with CRM tools and other sales technologies Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the HVAC or electromechanical industry is advantageous
