Roles & Responsibilities

You will:

• Support Project Development / Execution: Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management), Provide critical inputs to the site BD leader (specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 DR6)); From Design reviews-DR 4 onwards execute project activities on the site; Master data creation, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings and report to project team. Organize trials and FPA s (e.g. materials, team logistics etc.). Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
• Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to Site BD leader to support Integration of overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Coordination (planning and tracking) with all plant departments for plant trials, key project activities. Status tracking and communication of Plant activities key Cross functional team members (external to the plant). Work on the de-complexity agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are met.
• Support site BD Leader to Manage the interfaces with the category PCMs, be responsible for the timely execution of new initiatives and business related projects using IIM methodology; Coordinates effectively with Operations Core team to setup VSU teams for the projects and with the Engineering team to manage startup and construction activities for the projects.

Business Development & Growth Delivery br>Lead the end-to-end execution of new product developments (NPDs) and sourcing projects.br>Translate regional/category strategy into site execution roadmaps.br>Own Innovation & Initiative Management (IIM/I2M) governance for plant projects.br>Support portfolio expansion, new market sourcing, and vertical start-ups.br>Represent manufacturing in cross-regional commercial and category forums.br> br> 2. CAPEX & Engineering Governance br>Own annual CAPEX planning and long-term infrastructure roadmap.br>Lead capital projects from feasibility to commissioning and vertical start-up.br>Prepare capital appropriation requests (CARs) and financial justifications.br>Ensure projects deliver on scope, timing, cost, and performance guarantees.br>Manage automation and digitalization programs aligned with Factory of the Future.br> br> 3. Productivity & Cost Leadership br>Drive Conversion and Non-Conversion productivity programs.br>Lead RM/PM cost optimization workshops with cross-functional teams.br>Optimize Internal Billing Rates (IBRs) and plant cost structures.br>Deliver savings aligned with Annual Contract (AC) commitments.br>Conduct financial evaluations, simulations, and risk assessments for major initiatives.br> br> 4. Capacity & Asset Optimization br>Evaluate and upgrade plant capacities to support growth agenda.br>Lead debottlenecking initiatives and line extensions.br>Implement lean manufacturing and IL6S loss elimination principles.br>Ensure compliance with World Class Manufacturing standards.br> br> 5. Financial & Strategic Planning br>Build and manage BD&E annual budget.br>Support site P&L through strong financial governance of projects.br>Conduct scenario analysis and business case modeling.br>Align site masterplan with 3 5 year growth strategy.br> br> 6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration br>Lead and mentor engineers and project teams.br>Act as key liaison between plant and regional BD/Engineering leadership.br>Facilitate stage-gate approvals and senior leadership reviews.br>Drive high-performance culture and capability building within the team.
