Roles & Responsibilities
As an IC Design Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the use of Siemens' Calibre technologies in the design of complex ICs to meet customer objectives. You will also be part of a team that employs various tools and techniques to support the development and enablement of Calibre physical verification flows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver consulting services covering a broad range of physical verification activities.
- Enable customer adoption of the full capabilities of Calibre EDA software and methodologies.
- Effectively communicate how Siemens' products and services address customer technical objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure mutual success.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge and Experience Needed
- B.Sc. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Backend Layout Design and Verification.
- Familiarity with Siemens' Physical Verification tools (Calibre DRC/LVS/xRC/PERC).
- Programming experience in Linux and Python.
- Ability to travel and work at customer sites for short or long durations.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work in challenging situations.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share knowledge effectively.
