Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Strategy and Consultancy Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in real estate strategy, market analysis, and client consultancy. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to various projects, supporting our team in delivering high-quality insights and recommendations to our clients.
The internship program will carry a duration of 3 months, extendable and will involve rotation across Knight Frank Egypt service lines.
Responsibilities
- Assist
in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities,
and challenges within the real estate sector with the focus on hospitality.
- Support
the development of strategic presentations and reports for internal
stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate
with senior consultants on client projects, providing research support and
analytical input. - Contribute
to brainstorming sessions.
- Help
maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on
market conditions and competitors.
- Conduct
financial analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Assist
in preparing materials for workshops and presentations.
- Other
tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications- Currently
pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics,
Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong
analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI and data analysis
tools.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented
with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A
proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the real estate industry.
- Understanding
of regional business culture and regulations.
- The
ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight
Frank internal systems).
- Software: Microsoft Office
programs to an advanced/proficient level.
- Language skills:
Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal.
- Travel:
Flexible attitude towards travelling.
