Title: Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer (Mobile Equipment)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for mobile equipment
* Lead preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs
* Analyze failure data using root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability tools
* Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and maintenance cost efficiency
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and lifecycle
* Oversee CMMS implementation, data accuracy, and reporting
* Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors
* Collaborate with operations, procurement, and HSE teams to ensure seamless workflow
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices
