In this role, you will be managing a dedicated book of 300+ accounts and building genuine relationships with IT professionals. Your primary focus will be on proactive sales and growing the gross profit of your portfolio by identifying opportunities and closing deals. You ll be part of a dynamic team and have the chance to make a direct impact on company growth.

Gross Profit Growth:
- Achieving and exceeding growth targets for your assigned accounts, driving more business and building relationships.
Account Activation:
- Turning low-volume accounts into consistent buyers through regular check-ins and proactive service.
Pipeline Velocity:
- Reducing the time between quote requests and closed deals by ensuring diligent phone follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 3 5 years of professional B2B Sales or Account Management experience.
System Proficiency:
- High proficiency in HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
- You must be organized and self-sufficient with proven experience in managing large volumes of tasks and accounts.
Communication:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day, building rapport with IT professionals.
Technical Literacy:
- Basic understanding of IT hardware (e.g., Ethernet, Fiber, Switches, Routers).
- Comfortable researching technical specs and using Google, ChatGPT, or the company website to understand products quickly.
Diligence:
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to drive sales without supervision.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus throughout the day.
