Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Airline Customer Service Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed. The Airline Customer Service Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, flight reservations, ticketing, and baggage handling. Daily tasks include addressing customer needs with professionalism, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring compliance with airline policies and procedures. The role also involves providing a high-quality customer experience and collaborating with team members to uphold service standards.
Qualifications Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service with a customer-first approach. Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, including providing clear information and professional interaction with customers. Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy, and troubleshooting customer concerns efficiently. Technical Skills: Familiarity with airline ticketing systems and basic computer skills for data entry and managing reservations. Teamwork and Adaptability: A collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is advantageous.
