About the Role The Digital Marketing & Brand Content Specialist will support the planning, creation and delivery of digital marketing content across relevant channels. The role requires someone who can create professional written and visual content, support campaign execution and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Support digital marketing activities across relevant channels. Create written and visual content to support K7’s digital presence, campaigns, programmes and business development activities. Support content planning, scheduling and campaign coordination. Assist with website content, landing page materials and digital assets when needed. Support organic and paid marketing activities, including campaign assets and basic performance tracking. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver marketing requirements on time. Maintain organised files, templates and brand assets.
What We’re Looking For Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management or a similar role. Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for layout, branding and visual consistency. Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms. Good understanding of digital channels, content planning and campaign execution. Ability to write and adapt clear, professional marketing copy in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team.
Nice to Have Experience in B2B marketing, consulting, professional services, HR, learning and development or training-related sectors. Basic knowledge of paid digital advertising and campaign reporting. Experience with basic video editing, motion graphics or short-form content creation. Experience with website content management or landing page updates. Arabic content capability would be an advantage.
