Role Description Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes Collaborate with project teams to define BIM objectives and workflows Review BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards Provide technical support and guidance on BIM-related matters Develop and deliver BIM training programs Conduct quality control checks on BIM deliverables Mentor junior BIM engineers and support their professional growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering4-6 years of experience Strong proficiency in Revit & Navisworks Solid experience in Electrical Engineering Experience in shop drawings across multiple projects Construction industry background is preferred
