Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will oversee and manage internal audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key responsibilities include assessing internal controls, conducting financial audits, identifying risks, advising on corrective measures, and collaborating with various departments to support operational improvements. Additionally, you will create detailed audit reports and provide insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, detect patterns, and identify risks effectively. Expertise in Finance and Accounting, with a solid understanding of financial principles and reporting standards. Proficiency in Internal Controls to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Experience conducting Financial Audits, including planning, execution, and delivering actionable recommendations. Demonstrated ability to lead audit projects and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present findings and collaborate across departments. Experience in the retail industry is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
