For a very well known local company an Administration Manager is urgently needed for their site in Arish, North Sinai:
Key Responsibilities: Distributing the duties on his subordinates and following up the performance of those duties assigned to each of them. Arranging the transport and transfer services and following up the job orders of the vehicles,together with the operation and maintenance costs and ensuring the compliance with the approved operation system. Following up and supervising the performance of the supplementary services, catering andcleanliness of the canteen and instructing his subordinates to perform the required services whilst enhancing the applicable methods for doing same. Checking the expenses of the section and signing the payment orders after ensuring correctnessbut only approving those expenses within the jurisdiction of his vested powers and then reporting the excess for approval. Coordinating the procedures for procuring an insurance coverage on the Company’s assets and property according to the approved policy of the company, as well as supervising and following up the procedures for filing insurance claims and receiving compensation according to the insurance policy provisions. Participating in the preparation and execution of the arrangements for the meetings held by the company. Following up the services for cleaning and maintaining, furniture and office equipment, as well as the landscaping and irrigation of plants, together with negotiating the contractual terms with the service providers for cleaning and maintenance and ensuring the fulfillment of the stipulated conditions. Preparing performance assessment reports about his subordinates and reviewing the reports about the performance of all of the employees working under his command. Approving the leave and overtime of his subordinates, within the limits of his authority. Carrying out any work supplementary to his job duties, related to the nature of his work.
Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Administration or a similar role. Experience within industrial environments or factories is essential, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite Proficiency in software, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Managerial experience in an office setting
