Prime Developments Red Sea is looking for HR Manager who’ll be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and compliance with labor laws. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development.
Job Description* Review drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications for compliance.* Identify and resolve design and site conflicts in coordination with project teams.* Oversee quantity take-offs and technical specifications.* Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and schedules.* Manage technical office teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.* Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.* Validate subcontractor proposals and ensure accurate payments.* Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports.* Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers.* Develop innovative solutions to improve project quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.* 5:7 years of experience, preferably in residential projects acting as technical office Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Auto CAD, ASD, and BIM.* Experience with Primavera and MS Project.* Strong design and technical analysis skills.
