Job description

● Monitor and improve the overall quality rating of agricultural products through customer feedback and internal assessments.
● Maintain a high level of compliance with industry regulations and certifications, with minimal incidents of non-compliance ● Continuously reduce the defect rate by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
● Achieve a 95% or higher success rate in both internal and external quality audits ● Decrease the cost of poor quality by identifying and addressing quality-related issues efficiently.
● Evaluate and improve the performance of the quality assurance team based on established performance metrics.
● Maintain complete and accurate records of quality control procedures, tests, and inspections.

● Proven experience 10 years in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the agriculture industry.
● Strong knowledge of agricultural processes, quality standards, and regulations.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills.
● Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Knowledge of agricultural product testing methodologies.
● Familiarity with certification processes and quality management systems.
