As an Oracle OIC Technical Analyst, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of reporting, integrations, and workflow solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud. You will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights and optimizing business processes through modern Oracle technologies.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Customize and enhance standard workflow notifications and reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
• Design and implement business processes and workflow automation using Oracle Process Automation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and integration outputs.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements of reporting and workflow solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.
