Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the BIM Architectural team across multiple large-scale and mega projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal BIM standards, company codes, and project-specific requirements.
  • Develop, review, and approve architectural BIM models at all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and IFC).
  • Oversee the preparation and coordination of various architectural packages, including but not limited to: Blockwork packages, Floor finishes packages, Wall finishes packages, Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), Staircase packages, typical and detailed architectural layouts
  • Lead and review Fit-Out and Interior Design (ID) packages, ensuring constructability and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Manage and review Dry Wall Partition systems, including layouts, details, and specifications.
  • Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams, ensuring clash-free and coordinated BIM models.
  • Participate in and lead clash detection processes, resolve architectural clashes, and follow up on technical solutions.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, BIM models, and as-built models.
  • Ensure accurate BIM documentation, model naming conventions, LOD compliance, and data integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation for BIM Architects and Modelers.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Support project planning, BIM execution plans (BEP), and BIM strategy implementation.

  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 10+ years of experience in Architectural BIM, with proven experience in a Team Leader or Senior role.
  • Hands-on experience working on mega and large-scale projects.
  • Strong experience working with internal company codes, standards, and BIM guidelines.
  • Proven experience handling architectural packages including:
  • High proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).
  • Strong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM workflows, and coordination processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
