Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Develop spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and circulation designs to optimize functionality and flow
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and procurement documents
  • Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that enhance the design vision and meet project requirements
  • Manage junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality execution
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs stay on budget and on schedule

Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in interior design with a diverse project portfolio

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and other design software

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and client management abilities

- Solid knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods
