Roles & Responsibilities

-Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors, checking them in,and ensuring a professional, tidy reception area.

Communication & Calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding calls on a multi-line system, taking messages, and managing emails.

Scheduling & Administration: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, organizing catering for meetings, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.

Clerical Support: Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining records.

Visitor Assistance: Providing information about company services or products and directing visitors to the appropriate person.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Has a 1-3 years experience in the same role preferably in the same field

- Holds a bachelor's degree

- Good English skills

- Must be a resident a resident of Heliopolis, Nasr City or somewhere near
