Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily production operations and production schedules.
Oversee the hardening process and ensure production quality and efficiency.
Monitor the phosphating process and coordinate workflow between both production stages.
Ensure achievement of production KPIs and deadlines.
Handle production planning and optimize manufacturing processes.
Supervise technicians, operators, and production staff.
Troubleshoot production and machinery issues when needed.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
Ensure implementation of health & safety regulations inside the factory.
Prepare production reports and monitor productivity levels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience in production management
Previous experience in Drywall Screws production is a must
Bachelor s degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Experience in managing the complete production cycle
