Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and networks supporting F&B operations.
- Implement and support point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and other specialized F&B software solutions.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Lead IT projects related to F&B operations, from planning through deployment and support.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users across F&B departments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance tailored to F&B operations.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and innovations relevant to the Food & Beverage industry.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing IT operations, Must be within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and other F&B technology platforms.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory requirements related to F&B operations.
