Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and improve the overall quality rating of agricultural products through customer feedback and internal assessments.
Maintain a high level of compliance with industry regulations and certifications, with minimal incidents of non-compliance
Continuously reduce the defect rate by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Achieve a 95% or higher success rate in both internal and external quality audits
Decrease the cost of poor quality by identifying and addressing quality-related issues efficiently.
Evaluate and improve the performance of the quality assurance team based on established performance metrics.
Maintain complete and accurate records of quality control procedures, tests, and inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience 10 years in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the agriculture industry.
Strong knowledge of agricultural processes, quality standards, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of agricultural product testing methodologies.
Familiarity with certification processes and quality management systems.
