You'll be the person we rely on to keep our day-to-day operations accurate, organised, and running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing Completing daily operational checklists across a variety of business functions Handling data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency Reviewing data and records to catch errors before they become problems Working extensively in Google Sheets, building, maintaining, and managing spreadsheets Supporting the wider operations team on ad hoc tasks as the business grows $2,000–$3,500/month USD (based on experience) Fully remote, work from anywhere Full-time position with a stable, growing company A clear scope of work and structured daily responsibilities 1–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, or data entry role Exceptional attention to detail, this is non-negotiable.
A proven track record of accurate, high-quality data entry and data review Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data manipulation Someone who double-checks their own work without being asked to Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Clear written and verbal communication in English
