Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sadat City for a Quality Control Specialist at Royal Herbs' Sadat Plant. The role entails daily monitoring and ensuring that all production practices meet established quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting quality tests, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), auditing processes, and identifying areas for improvement in product quality. The Quality Control Specialist will work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with quality management protocols and support the company’s commitment to delivering premium herbal products.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor and maintain product standards. Experience in Quality Management and implementing related protocols and systems. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for compliance with industry standards. Familiarity with conducting Quality Audits to ensure processes adhere to guidelines. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Food Science, or Engineering is preferred. Previous experience in the production or food/beverage industry is an advantage.
