Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality, Q/A Food Safety Specialist at Grupo AJE located in 6th of October. will be responsible for overseeing Food safety and quality assurance , implementing quality management systems, ensuring quality documentations , and conducting quality assurance processes on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities :Hold Documentations and historical data and standers Enforce operation to comply with the internal Food safety roles.prepare for visits and certifications from NAFSA and certifications buddies Participate in Develop, review, and validate HACCP. Review the SOPs that may impact food safety. Prepare the training plans, materials, and exams. Review the sanitation programs of lines and areas and follow up execution. Follow up the activities of the site, follow up the sampling process, Review the testing results and call EMRT for meeting to take the necessary actions. Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in science, Agriculture, Food Technology, or any relevant field. Experience with FMCG manufacturing companies beverage is prefer From 2-3 years Experience of Quality & Food safety experience in FMCGs. Knowledge of HACCP principles SO 22000 ,FSSCS , BRC and Food Safety standards. Food Quality and Quality Assurance skills Food Science knowledge Certification in food safety management and auditing is a preferd Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Excellent communication ,Presentation and interpersonal skills Sustain NFSA whitelist. complete 100% of action plan Contribute to distributors and trade audits to conduct audits as per shared plan Prepare for the external FSSC22000 audit and develop an action plan for the findings. 2-3 years of Quality & Food safety experience in FMCGs. Residence Cairo or Giza nearby 6 October city is preferred
