Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Planning and Monitoring (خبرة فى مصانع المفروشات او الملابس required) located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role involves overseeing the planning and operational workflow, ensuring timely execution of production goals, and maintaining effective coordination between departments. The manager will be responsible for monitoring progress, evaluating performance metrics, and implementing best practices to enhance organizational efficiency. Close collaboration with production teams and adherence to industry standards will form key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Architecture, ensuring a strong understanding of design principles and frameworks. Experience with Project Management to organize, plan, and execute operational processes effectively. Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is essential for technical accuracy and performance improvement. Proven ability to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and optimize production workflows. Previous expertise in managing operations within textile or apparel manufacturing is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
