Senior Real Estate Sales Agent / Senior Buyer Advisor

We help serious property buyers join buying groups around specific real estate projects, so they can enter the market with stronger collective negotiation power. We are not building a traditional property listing website. Our platform is designed to aggregate verified buyer demand, organize serious buyers, and negotiate better opportunities with developers and trusted partners. The platform’s roadmap is built around project discovery, group buying, buyer verification/scoring, negotiation tracking, and trust layers such as legal and Sharia-aware support. We are now hiring a Senior Real Estate Sales Agent / Senior Buyer Advisor to work directly with serious buyers and help convert demand into qualified buying groups. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced real estate sales professional who can act as a trusted buyer advisor, not just a traditional salesperson. Your role will be to speak with interested buyers, qualify their seriousness, understand their budget and buying goals, guide them through the Aqar Together process, and move them toward joining buying groups, completing their profile, booking consultations, accessing offers, and starting reservations when the right opportunity is available. This role requires strong real estate knowledge, excellent communication skills, CRM discipline, and a consultative sales mindset. Key Responsibilities1. Qualify Serious Buyers You will speak with incoming leads and registered buyers to understand:Buying purpose Preferred area Budget range Down payment availability Monthly installment comfort Cash vs installment preference Timeline to buy Preferred project or compound Unit type and size preferences Readiness to reserve Legal or Sharia-related concerns Aqar Together uses a progressive buyer journey from registered buyer to interested buyer, basic verified buyer, serious buyer, ready-to-reserve buyer, and premium protected buyer.2. Guide Buyers Through the Platform Journey You will help buyers:Understand the group-buying concept Join relevant buying groups Complete their buyer profile Submit missing information Understand group progress Access verified offers when available Book consultations Request protection or review services when needed Move toward reservation when ready The buyer journey includes browsing projects, joining a buying group, completing verification, receiving negotiation updates, accessing verified offers, booking consultation, and moving toward reservation or contract signing.3. Act as a Buyer-Side Advisor This is not a pushy brokerage role. You must help buyers make clearer decisions by explaining:Project details Payment plans Group buying benefits Negotiation status Available offers Buyer protection options Risks and next steps What information is still needed before moving forward Aqar Together’s positioning is buyer-side advocacy: helping buyers negotiate as a group and access better commercial terms with more transparency.4. Support Sales CRM and Follow-UpYou will be responsible for disciplined CRM usage, including:Updating buyer status Adding call notes Setting follow-up tasks Recording objections Updating buyer readiness Escalating ready buyers to the Sales Director / Commercial Lead Tracking consultations and reservation interest Keeping all buyer activity organized The product roadmap includes buyer management, buyer scoring, sales status, CRM notes, Whats App follow-up, negotiation tracking, and consultation booking as core operational features.5. Identify Ready-to-Reserve Buyers You will identify buyers who are close to making a decision and escalate them properly. Ready buyers may include people who:Have clear budget Have available down payment Know their preferred project or area Want to reserve within 30–60 days Need a final offer or consultation Are waiting for better payment terms or benefits Need legal/Sharia clarification before proceeding Required Experience The ideal candidate should have:4–7+ years of real estate sales experience Strong experience selling compounds and primary market projects Good knowledge of Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, New Cairo, or New Administrative Capital markets Experience handling serious buyers and high-value property leads Strong phone, Whats App, and follow-up skills Ability to explain payment plans and project details clearly CRM discipline and ability to document every buyer interaction Strong objection-handling skills Professional communication style Ability to work in a structured startup environment Preferred Experience Preferred but not required:Experience with developer sales teams or brokerage networks Existing real estate market relationships Experience with buyer advisory or investment consultation Understanding of legal/contract concerns in real estate Understanding of Sharia-sensitive buyer concerns Experience using CRM tools Experience handling leads from digital campaigns Must-Have Qualities We are looking for someone who is:Professional and trustworthy Strong in follow-up Calm under pressure Excellent at listening Consultative, not aggressive Organized with CRMAble to explain complex real estate decisions simply Strong in qualifying buyers Comfortable working with targets and KPIsAble to represent a premium buyer-side platform This Role Is Not For You IfThis role is not suitable for someone who:Only wants to “close fast” without understanding buyer needs Does not like using CRMDoes not document calls and follow-ups Pushes buyers aggressively Cannot explain project/payment details clearly Does not follow structured sales processes Waits for leads instead of actively following up Cannot work in a startup environment Success Metrics You will be measured by:Speed of lead follow-up Number of qualified buyers Number of serious buyers identified Number of ready-to-reserve buyers identified Buyer profile completion rate Buying group join rate Consultation bookings Offer follow-up completion Reservation interest generated CRM note quality Follow-up discipline Buyer satisfaction and trust Why Join Aqar Together?
