Job Details

Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell architectural, turnkey, and customized design solutions, including furniture, swimming pools, pergolas, and hardscape works. Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Manage and maintain relationships with existing and previous clients, offering additional services and post-handover solutions. Coordinate closely with handover engineers to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction. Contact existing homeowners via phone calls and meetings to propose home modifications and design enhancements. Liaise between clients, property management teams, and technical departments to ensure clear communication and alignment. Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts. Understand client needs and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering within architecture, turnkey, or construction-related services. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and external parties. Good understanding of customized design solutions and construction processes. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
