We Are Hiring Architectural Finishing QC Engineer
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.* 10 years of experience in finishing quality control.* Strong experience in architectural finishing inspections and handover procedures.* Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, and quality standards.* Ability to read and review shop drawings and technical documents.* Good reporting and communication skills.* Experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
* Monitor and inspect finishing works according to approved drawings and specifications.* Conduct inspections and handovers for architectural finishing activities.* Ensure all executed works comply with quality standards and project requirements.* Prepare quality reports and raise technical observations.* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.* Follow up snag lists and ensure proper closure of comments.* Review and approve finishing materials before installation.* Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
