Role Description The Sales Manager for Traditional Trade will lead and manage sales operations, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with traditional trade partners and distributors. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, creating distribution strategies, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and analyzing sales performance. The role involves team management, ensuring efficient coordination between sales staff and partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October.
Qualifications Sales management and strategic planning skills, including the ability to set and achieve sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with distributors and trade partners Deep understanding of traditional trade markets and distribution channels Analytical mindset with expertise in sales data analysis and reporting Leadership and team management experience to motivate and guide sales teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields10+ years of experience in sales, in home appliances Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
