We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Application Support professional to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of SAP S/4HANA applications, playing a critical role in supporting business processes and driving system efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and strong troubleshooting aptitude.
You should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver timely solutions and improvements.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Responsibilities: Provide technical support for SAP S/4HANA applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA modules based on user requests and incidents.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Support application upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
Participate in testing and validation of application changes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide timely support.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA applications.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a live production environment Practical knowledge of the following SAP modules: MM – Materials Management FI – Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR) FI-AA – Fixed Assets BASIS – Foundational system administration and troubleshooting Strong understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process Familiarity with the SAP Transport Management System (TMS) Experience in user administration, including authorization and role management Experience in the Egyptian banking sector is preferred
