Key Responsibilities:A. Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM): Primary Scope Manage all functional and configuration aspects of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules, including Product Development, Process Execution, Cost Management, Quality Management, and Planning. Design and maintain the OPM master data structure (recipes, formula lines, routings, process parameters, resources, UOMs, and item classifications). Develop reports, queries, and analytics to support manufacturing operations, costing variance analysis, and management decision-making. Lead OPM enhancements, patches, upgrades, and issue resolution in coordination with end users and Oracle support. Ensure proper integration between OPM and the BOM, WIP, INV, and Costing modules of Oracle EBS. B. Manufacturing Execution System (MES): Secondary Scope Own the functional administration of the MES platform, ensuring shop-floor execution aligns with ERP master data and approved manufacturing processes. Maintain and govern MES master data, including process flows, electronic batch records (e BR), parameters, and equipment-related configurations, keeping it synchronized with Oracle OPM recipes and routings. Coordinate the MES–ERP integration: batch initiation, material consumption, yield/loss reporting, in-process quality results, and batch closure posting back to OPM. Support production, QA/QC, and engineering teams in designing, testing, and deploying MES workflows that reflect approved manufacturing procedures and regulatory requirements.
