Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for an Airline Customer Support (English Speakers) representative. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, addressing concerns, managing bookings, and resolving issues related to airline services. The position requires providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various touchpoints.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Airlines and Aviation industry practices Basic Sales aptitude to promote products and services when required Proficiency in English, both verbal and written Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus Availability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
