The Opportunity Bevatel is seeking a strategic Senior Performance Media Buyer to spearhead our Lead Generation and Conversion efforts within the Saudi Arabian market. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical mastery (GTM/GA4), creative strategy, and a deep understanding of B2B audience behavior in the Gulf region.

Responsibilities Omni-channel Execution: Lead the strategy and budget allocation for Meta Ads and Google Ads (including Search and Performance Max).
Data Integrity: Full ownership of GTM and GA4 configurations to ensure 100% accuracy in event tracking and conversion value attribution.
Growth Methodology: Implement a structured experimentation framework to optimize CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Localized Strategy: Adapt messaging and targeting to align with the unique cultural and linguistic nuances of the Saudi B2B landscape.
Performance Reporting: Design and maintain automated dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business insights.


Requirements Experience: 3+ years of specialized experience in performance marketing (B2B Lead Gen focus).
Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success in the Saudi Arabian (KSA) market.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in calculating ROAS/LTV and a "test-and-learn" mindset.
Evidence of Success: Ability to present case studies showcasing previous campaign performance and scaling capabilities.
