Key Accountabilities:
▪ Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them toemployees to ensure maximum utilization.▪ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparingschedules.▪ Oversee and coach employees to increase their productivity.▪ Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenanceto guarantee a safe workplace.▪ Check production output according to specifications to comply withclient’s needs.▪ Submit reports on performance and progress to update job orders.▪ Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to increaseproductivity.▪ Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and followprocedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Academic and professional qualifications:Bachelor's degree in agriculture / science.
Experience:▪ 1 – 3 years of experience▪ FMCG Experience is a must.
