Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Location: Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October, Egypt
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support senior leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives (calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Manage office operations and ensure a productive, well-organized work environment
- Coordinate internal and external communications in both Arabic and English
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office tools
- Handle basic social media activities (scheduling posts, responding to messages)
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and visits for international and Gulf stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
