Roles & Responsibilities

The Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Senior Consultant will provide expert leadership in the design, implementation, and optimisation of procurement and supply chain solutions across both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms. This role demands deep functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, strong technical understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion modules, and the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects for Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, Order Management, and Contracts.
  • Analyse and document complex procurement and supply chain business processes, identifying gaps and recommending Oracle EBS and Fusion solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system configurations for both Oracle EBS and Fusion environments.
  • Conduct workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Oversee configuration, customisation, data migration, testing, and user training activities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and extensions across Oracle EBS and Fusion platforms.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants and team members.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
  • Stay current with Oracle EBS and Fusion product updates, patches, and industry trends.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications, process flows, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Support post-implementation activities including troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

u>Required Skills and Qualifications:/u>

  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain consulting.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Procurement and Supply Chain modules (e.g., Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management).
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Cloud modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS implementations or upgrades.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and reporting tools.
  • Oracle certifications in EBS and/or Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and managing client relationships.
