Job Title: Translator / AI Model Trainer
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Translator to help train and evaluate AI models. The role focuses on improving chatbot quality by assessing logic, language accuracy, and overall performance.
Position Type:
Full-time or Part-time (Remote)
Compensation:
Starting from $25+ USD per hour, with bonuses based on quality and volume of work
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to evaluate performance
• Design and provide complex language tasks for AI evaluation
• Assess AI outputs for correctness, logic, and language quality
• Write and create sample conversations to train AI models
• Contribute to improving model accuracy and linguistic performance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Ability to evaluate language quality and logic
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
