Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cost Control Specialist, located in 10th of Ramadan. The role involves overseeing and managing project cost control processes, including budget preparation, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and ensuring compliance with financial objectives. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed cost reports, analyzing financial data for decision-making, and collaborating with project teams to ensure cost efficiency throughout project phases.
Qualifications Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management practices Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and supporting decision-making Proficiency in Cost Reporting and Cost Accounting methodologies Attention to detail and ability to develop reliable financial forecasts Proficient in using cost management and financial software tools Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional project teams Bachelor’s degree in ENGINEERING from AUC, BUE, GUC, Ain shams, Zagazig, Cairo university.10+ years of experience in cost control or cost management, preferably in engineering or construction projects
