We are looking for a passionate and experienced Production Engineer to join our growing manufacturing team and contribute to delivering world-class industrial solutions across Egypt and the Middle East.
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. Monitor production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Coordinate with fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly teams. Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedule. Identify production challenges and implement practical solutions. Prepare production reports and follow up on KPIs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or heavy industry environments. Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience in welding, cutting, bending, and assembly operations. Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred). Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM, Root Cause Analysis). Proficiency in MS Office and Solid Works. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in trailers or heavy equipment manufacturing is highly preferred.
