Role Overview:As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Darts Furniture. Your primary goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience, helping clients find the perfect furniture solutions while driving the branch's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Consultation: Greet and engage with showroom visitors to understand their specific needs and aesthetic preferences. Product Expertise: Deliver detailed presentations on product features, materials, and ergonomic benefits. Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and floor demonstrations to closing deals and coordinating delivery. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Showroom Excellence: Maintain the high standards of the New Sohag showroom display to ensure a premium customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Proven experience in Sales (Furniture industry experience is a significant plus). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills. Negotiation requires a strong ability to persuade, handle objections, and close sales effectively. Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product specifications. Mindset: Self-motivated, professional appearance, and a strong team player.
