Key Responsibilities Track and categorize direct and indirect production costs to accurately determine each product's cost. Analyze variances between actual and estimated costs. Prepare detailed production cost reports and present them to management. Maintain full oversight of warehouse operations and ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions. Conduct periodic and surprise inventory audits for the factory’s warehouses. Accurately evaluate and record inventory movements. Record necessary accounting entries for daily transactions. Prepare periodic financial reports, including expenses and cost summaries. Monitor purchase orders and verify received quantities against supply orders. Record accounting entries for supplier payments and update their records. Prepare reports related to purchases and payment orders. Manage and track daily expense advances, monitor disbursement requests, and prepare periodic advance reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting, preferably with some experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in food production facilities. Clear communication skills to interact with various departments and management, understandably presenting financial data and reports. Capability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and cost variances Preferably a resident of El Faiyum. Working Days6 days per week. Working Place El Faiyum Elgideda.
