Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader Sales, located in Giza. The Team Leader will oversee sales operations, lead and mentor a team of sales agents, and work to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a customer-centric approach. The role also involves providing support to team members to ensure successful client interactions and seamless operations.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, develop strategies, and make data-driven decisions. Proven Team Management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members effectively. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive client interactions and team collaboration. Demonstrated Sales expertise, including the ability to meet or exceed targets and develop successful sales plans. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in a real estate environment is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
