Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketplace Specialist (Ecommerce) based in Smart Village. The Marketplace Specialist will manage and optimize product listings across various ecommerce platforms, analyze sales data to identify trends, and improve performance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic campaigns, and ensuring compliance with platform policies and guidelines. The specialist will also monitor competitor activities, troubleshoot any platform issues, and drive online sales growth for the brand.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, track sales, and identify opportunities for optimization Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies to build and maintain successful online marketplace presence Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and facilitate smooth interaction with team members and partners Ability to stay updated on market trends and adapt to changes in the e-commerce environment Previous experience in ecommerce platforms and familiarity with marketplace tools is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or relevant field is preferred
